  12. I would like to purchase an external 28.8 to replace my internal 14.4
  13. and free up a slot.  I have a Boca I/O card with the 16C450 UART
  14. chips.  Are these ports sufficient to handle a 28.8 modem?  Should I
  15. purchase an internal modem instead?
